Storapulse for BigCommerce: installation and user guide

Storapulse shows how AI assistants and search engines present your store, then helps you fix what is missing. This guide covers installing the app from BigCommerce and using it day to day.

Install the app

  1. In your BigCommerce control panel, open Apps, then the Marketplace, and search for Storapulse.
  2. Click Install and approve the read-only permissions. Storapulse never changes your catalogue.
  3. The app opens in your control panel. Your email and your store address are already filled in: choose a password, accept the terms and create your account.
  4. Open the confirmation email we send you and click the link, then come back to the app and press Continue on Storapulse.
  5. Already have an account? Press Sign in and link my store: the app links your BigCommerce store to your Storapulse shop in one click.

Use the app

  1. Open Storapulse from Apps > My Apps at any time: you see the state of your store and your last scan.
  2. Run a scan to see how AI assistants mention your store and which products are missing from their answers.
  3. Open My reports for the list of fixes, product by product. You review every change before anything is applied.
  4. In Connectors and settings you can check the link with your BigCommerce store or disconnect it.
