Frequently asked questions
Which platforms does Storapulse work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, Wix, Ecwid, Webflow, Squarespace, Nuvemshop, Salla, Zid, Lightspeed, Shoptet, OpenCart and Shopline can be connected, and Etsy and eBay listings can be audited. Any other website can be scanned for free from its address.
How do I know whether AI assistants recommend my store?
Storapulse asks AI assistants real shopper questions and shows whether your store is cited, at which rank and for what reason. It also lists the brands the assistants recommend instead of you and, when data exists, the sites that link to your competitors but not to you. These are measurements, not promises: no one controls what an AI assistant answers.
Can Storapulse show what a fix changed in my sales?
Yes, where the platform provides the orders. The impact engine compares sales before and after each published fix and states its level of proof. When an effect cannot be measured yet, it says so instead of showing an invented number.
Does Storapulse change my store without asking?
No. A fix is published only after your click, the previous version is saved first, and nothing is ever deleted. Abandoned-cart analysis is read-only: Storapulse sends nothing to your customers. Refunds, cancellations and damaged products always come back to you in customer support.
