Terms of sale and use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Storapulse, an online service published by [to be completed] for e-commerce professionals.

2. Plans and prices

Plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices exclude tax; applicable VAT is added on the invoice.

Every subscription starts with a free trial whose length is shown at checkout.

3. Payment and invoicing

Payment is processed by Stripe. Every invoice is issued by Bill (monbill.fr) and sent through the approved e-invoicing platform; a copy is available in the customer area.

If a payment fails, the customer is notified by e-mail and the service may be suspended after the automatic retries.

4. Term and cancellation

The subscription is monthly (or yearly), with no commitment beyond the current period. It can be cancelled at any time from the customer area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

5. What Storapulse measures — and does not promise

SEO and GEO scores are indicators. They are deliberately conservative (capped while a real measurement is missing) and are not a guarantee of ranking, of being cited by an AI assistant, or of revenue.

6. Customer responsibility for content

The customer alone is responsible for the products sold and the content published on the store, including texts, images and videos generated at their request and the prompts they enter. Nothing is published without their action or approval.

7. Personal data

See the privacy policy. The customer can export or delete their account from the customer area.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of the publisher's registered office have jurisdiction.
