Data processed and purposes

Account: e-mail, role, sign-in dates — to provide the service and secure access.

Store: address, catalogue and public pages read for analysis, encrypted access tokens — to measure and fix visibility.

Billing: billing details, VAT number — to issue invoices (legal obligation).

Customer support: messages from the store's customers handled by the support module — to answer them on the merchant's behalf.

Processors

OVHcloud (hosting, France); Scaleway (e-mail delivery, France); Stripe (payment); Bill / monbill.fr (invoicing); Shopify (the customer's store); AI model providers, called to generate texts and replies — only with the data the task needs.

Retention

Account data: until deletion. Invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation). Technical logs: the limited time security requires.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: export and account deletion are available directly in the customer area (Billing → My account). For any other request: support@storapulse.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

Storapulse only uses cookies needed to work: sign-in session and chosen language. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
