2. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the Storapulse Academy online courses, published by STORAFIX, to anyone who buys them, consumer or professional. They are shown before payment and accepted when ordering. The Storapulse terms (/cgv) still apply to the use of the Storapulse service itself.
The Discovery level is free. A paid level (Practice, then Expert once it opens) gives access to the lessons, quizzes and videos of the course purchased.
3. Online access and duration
The course is provided online only, in your Storapulse account. No physical medium and no downloadable file is delivered.
Access to a purchased paid level lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.
An active paid Storapulse subscription also gives access to the Practice level, for the duration of that subscription only: this access stops when the subscription ends.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown including all taxes on the offer page, before payment. Practice level: €39 including all taxes, per course.
TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI
Payment is made once, through the payment provider Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
5. Personal licence
The purchase gives you a personal licence of use, for you alone, for the access period. This licence cannot be transferred, lent or resold. The content remains protected by copyright: no other right is granted.
It is prohibited to share your account or your login details, and to copy, record, distribute, resell or make available to other people all or part of the content (texts, videos, quizzes, answers).
If abuse is found (for example an account used by several people, or content distributed), we first send you a warning by e-mail. If the abuse continues after this warning, access to the course is closed.
6. Right of withdrawal and waiver
As a rule, a consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Exception for digital content supplied without a physical medium (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code): the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once performance has begun before the end of that period, with your prior and express consent, after you have acknowledged that you thereby lose this right, and once we have confirmed this consent to you as provided by article L221-13.
Before payment, two separate boxes, never ticked in advance, are shown to you: "I request immediate access to the digital content." and "I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as access begins (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code).". Without both boxes, payment is not possible. We record the date, the time, the version of this text and the IP address.
After the purchase, you receive a confirmation e-mail, on a durable medium, summarising the order and repeating the text of your consent and of your waiver (article L221-13 of the French Consumer Code).
7. No guarantee of results
The course explains methods and tools. It guarantees no result: no turnover, no income, no number of sales, no position in search engines or AI assistants. Results depend on your business, your market and your decisions.
The content is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
8. Content and answers produced by an AI
In accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence, we tell you when an AI is involved: answers to questions asked in a lesson are generated by an AI, the voice in the videos is a synthetic voice produced by an AI, and translations are made with the help of an AI. Every AI answer carries the label "AI".
An AI answer may contain errors. It relies on the passages of the lesson, which it quotes, and does not replace personalised advice, in particular legal or tax advice. Check any important information.
9. Complaints and mediation
If there is a problem, first send us a written complaint at support@storapulse.com,contact@storafix.com.
If the dispute is not resolved, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge (articles L612-1 and L612-2 of the French Consumer Code), within one year of their written complaint.
Mediator: to be appointed before sales open; their name and contact details will be shown here.
10. Personal data
Personal data (account, purchases, progress, consents) is processed under the Storapulse privacy policy: /confidentialite.
The text of your questions to the AI is sent to the AI model provider to produce the answer, but it is not stored by us: only their number, date and cost are, to apply the usage limits.
11. Governing law and competent court
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer living in another European Union country keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of their country (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Article 6).
The consumer may bring a case, at their choice, before one of the courts competent under the French Code of Civil Procedure or before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred (article R631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
